The City of Burnside has announced the exciting news that Carols in the Park is back for 2022 after three years away.

After three years away due to COVID-19, the massive Christmas celebration of Carols in the Park is back in Hazelwood Park on Friday 9 December 2022. There will be live musical performances, entertainment, food trucks, activities for the kids and more.

At the end of festivities there will also be a screening of the classic Christmas movie, Elf, on an outdoor movie screen.

Activities and performances on the night include:

• Burnside Symphony Orchestra

• Burnside Youth Concert Band

• Will Metzer Big Band

• Gospo Collective

• Free Kids’ Village

• Food Trucks

• Artisan Market Stalls

• A visit from Santa

Carry on the festive celebrations after the Carols win an outdoor movie night, screening the hilarious family friendly movie ‘Elf’. Movie start time will be at approximately 8:15 pm.
